Get a beautiful custom uniform design for your club. You can even include your club logo printed or embroidered.Customise your uniform with images, logos and much more! To get your clubs/teams logo onto your garments we require your logo in a 'Vector Graphic' format saved as a PDF or AI file. PLEASE do not send us your logo as a jpg or a jpg saved as a PDF or AI file unless it for reference only. Jpg images CANNOT be used. We offer a redraw facility should your club require a new copy of your logo for your uniforms or even a brand new club logo. You will be amazed at the results!

Placing Orders :
Ordering with us is easy! We require that you use our order form for every product.Whether you are reordering or ordering for the first time simply ask our ordering forms and you will have your order on time!
SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER :
Please follow the instructions below
1. Orders must ONLY be submitted via email/fax it directly to our sales department.
2. We can not accept orders submitted on other order forms.
Once you have submitted your order WE MUST CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. We will respond to your order request and send you a copy of your uniform styles/designs to confirm that they are infact the styles you are ordering. In most cases we will also send you a copy of your order form to double check sizes and quantities. Once you confirmed that both the order and styles are correct, ONLY then can your order be processed and production can commence.
Orders will only enter production once confirmed. Each order is scheduled into production in date order.
Order Minimums :
We require minimum order amounts per order and per style. When minimums are not met, surcharges apply to the order or selected styles...
If you are ordering bespoke uniforms, please follow the minimums below when ordering:The order total must be at least 22 garments with a minimum of 10 garments per style ordered. Other styles can be added to the order however a minimum of 10 per style must be ordered for each extra style.
Production Time Frame :
We always strive to complete orders within 3-4 weeks. Please also allow for delivery time.
Details:
Give yourselves plenty of time to place an order, for production to be complete and also to distribute goods before carnivals/galas etc. The customer is responsible for giving us enough time to produce the uniform order in time for such events. We get very busy here and appreciate your patience when we are run off our feet. We understand that your uniforms are very important to you and your club however we deal with 100's of clubs on a weekly bases. We will always do our best to help you get your uniforms in time for a carnival or meet but please understand that we can only do our best!During the peak of the season we may need extra production time so please ensure you don't leave ordering till the last minute.

We recommend the following methods for your shipment and therefore we require a street address for delivery. Postage costs vary for different shipment weights.

Return Policy :
All our products have a 100% quality guarantee and will be replaced or repaired if faulty. We recommend that you inform your club members that although we use the best quality fabrics available, we do advise that abrasion on rough surfaces or friction will damage your garments. Care labels are sewn into each garment produced and should be read carefully to help prolong the life of you bathers.Should you have any problems, contact us and we will be happy to help arrange a solution. There will be no replacements where 'consumer abuse' has occurred
